Several speakers will present papers exploring aspects of LDS Cinema. Moderated by Gideon Burton.

Screening Mormon Identity

"Screening Mormon Identity: What the LDSFF '09 Tells Us About Who We Are."

Critics will review this year's festival in terms of cultural trends and film theories, inviting the audience to share their responses to specific films or the larger LDS film movement. Moderated by BYU professor Gideon Burton, the critics panel includes Kathy Cowley and Katherine Morris.
